Returns Policy


We hope you love everything you purchase from Blue & Grey, however, if you do need to return anything, please read the notes below.

We are happy to accept unworn/unused items (with all original tags still in place) for exchange or refund within two weeks of your order being dispatched. Please note that all return postage costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, a different colour or a different product, we can offer a very quick turnaround with replacement items normally being sent out within 48 hours of receiving your returned parcel. Please note that this may take substantially longer at sale time.

There is no additional delivery charge for UK exchanges.

To make a return or exchange, please complete the return/exchange form Click here and enclose with your unworn/unused purchase to:

We recommend that you request proof of postage from the Post Office or Courier as we cannot be held responsible for items missing in the post.

Once we receive your return we will contact you by email to confirm receipt and update you on the refund status.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange: Earrings and Sale items.

Faulty or damaged orders

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, we should be grateful if you would email us at to inform us of the nature of the fault and we can arrange either a replacement or a refund depending on stock availability. Please quote your name, address, order number and provide full details of the fault.

Return process

  • Please complete the returns form Click here to download.
  • Ensure the form is included in your return parcel, making sure all return items are in their original packaging.
  • Please note that the return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost.
  • The return of your purchase is also your responsibility and we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
