Mad as a March hare!

Hello March…

What a crazy month March can be, with everything seemingly coming back to life after the long winter months, it is so exciting watching the transition and eagerly anticipating the sunnier, warmer days to come.

March also signals the start of a new fashion season, with plenty of emphasis on brights, tie dyes and colour blocking to keep us all busy wading through our wardrobes.  Animal prints which took centre stage last season are continuing to be on trend which is great news for those of us, including me, who were a little late to catch the bug! Although I must say, I do love a well-done animal print regardless of fashion or season trends.

New season’s jewellery

Jewellery trends for this season are set to be bold and proud but very feminine, with hearts, tassels and shells making their presence known throughout the spring and summer too.

Get ready for Easter

With a late Easter this year, even though the supermarkets have been stocking them since New Years Day, the humble egg will soon be having its day! Easter Sunday is on 21st April, not until next month, so we still have plenty of time to think up some imaginative home decor and alternative gift ideas.

These truly delightful decorated wooden eggs will make a fun addition to the house when decorating for Easter. In fact, I personally think they would look great all year round…or is that just me?
